How it works
A sterile needle cartridge passes over the skin, creating thousands of microscopic channels that kick-start the body's own repair and collagen-building process.

Numbing cream is applied for around 20–30 minutes for comfort.

The treatment
The microneedling pen is passed over the area while the chosen serum is infused. A session usually takes 30–60 minutes.

The skin looks flushed, a little like light sunburn, settling over 24–48 hours.
Aftercare
- Leave the skin bare and avoid make-up for 24 hours.
- Avoid sweating, saunas and swimming for 48 hours.
- Protect with SPF and avoid direct sun while the skin renews.
- Stick to gentle, active-free skincare for a few days.
Frequently asked questions
Which serum is right for me?
It depends on your goal — hyaluronic acid for hydration and plumping, vitamins for brightness, polynucleotides for repair and rejuvenation, or exosomes for the most advanced regeneration. Lily will advise at your consultation.
How many sessions do I need?
Most concerns respond best to a course of three to six sessions, spaced around four weeks apart, though you'll often notice an improvement after the first.
Is it the same as RF microneedling?
The needling principle is the same, but RF microneedling adds radiofrequency heat for stronger firming and tightening. Classic microneedling focuses on texture, scarring and serum infusion. Lily can help you choose.
Does it hurt?
Numbing cream makes it very tolerable — most people feel light pressure and vibration rather than pain.
Is there downtime?
Expect redness for a day or two. Most people are comfortable returning to make-up and normal routines within 24 to 48 hours.
