Who is responsible for your data
Lily’s Beauty is the data controller and is based at 37 Rossfold Road, Luton LU3 3HH. For anything relating to your personal data, contact Lily at contact@lilys-beauty.co.uk.
What the clinic collects
- Booking & enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address (optional) and the treatment you’re interested in.
- If you get in touch directly by WhatsApp, phone or email: whatever details you choose to share.
No payment details are collected through this website.
How your information is used
Your details are used for one purpose only: so Lily can reply to your enquiry and arrange or confirm your appointment. Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for third-party marketing.
How the booking form works
When you submit the booking form, your details are delivered to Lily by email using FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service. They are not stored in a database on this website.
Third-party services
A few trusted services are used to run the website:
- Cloudflare Pages hosts the site and may log technical data such as your IP address for security.
- FormSubmit delivers booking-form submissions by email.
- Google Maps & Google Fonts — the map on the contact section and the site’s fonts load from Google, which may set cookies or receive your IP address under Google’s privacy policy.
- WhatsApp — if you message the clinic using the WhatsApp button, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.
Cookies
This website does not use its own analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies that may be set come from the embedded Google Map when it loads on the contact section.
How long your data is kept
Enquiry details are kept only for as long as needed to respond to you and provide the treatment you asked about. You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the information the clinic holds about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how it’s used. To exercise any of these, email contact@lilys-beauty.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
