Laser hair removal offers a lasting solution to unwanted hair — no more daily shaving, painful waxing or ingrown hairs. Lily uses the 3D Trilogy Ice laser, which combines three laser wavelengths to target the hair at every stage and depth, making it safe and effective across all skin types and tones. A built-in cooling system keeps the skin comfortable throughout. Because hair grows in cycles, a course of sessions is needed to catch every follicle — but the result is smooth, hair-free skin that lasts.

How it works
The laser sends pulses of light energy into the skin, where it's absorbed by the pigment in the hair follicle.
This heat damages the follicle so it can no longer produce hair, while the surrounding skin stays protected — helped by continuous cooling.
Hair only responds during its active growth phase, so several sessions spaced a few weeks apart are needed to treat every follicle. Most people see a steady, permanent reduction in hair over the course.
What to expect
-
Consultation & patch test
Lily assesses your skin and hair and carries out a patch test, usually 24–48 hours before your first full session.
-
Preparation
The area is shaved beforehand and cleansed. You'll wear protective eyewear during the treatment.
-
The treatment
The cooled laser handpiece is passed over the area. Most people describe a warm tingle or a light 'elastic band' snap. Timings range from a few minutes for the lip to around an hour for full body.
-
Afterwards
The skin may look slightly pink for a few hours. You can return to normal activities right away, with a little aftercare.
Aftercare
- Avoid sun exposure and sunbeds, and wear SPF on treated areas.
- Skip hot baths, saunas, steam and the gym for 24–48 hours.
- Don't wax, pluck or thread between sessions — shave only, so the follicle stays intact for the laser.
- Avoid perfumed products on the area for a day or two.
Frequently asked questions
How many sessions will I need?
Most people need between six and eight sessions for the best results, because hair is only treatable during its growth phase. Courses of six are available at a saving, and Lily will tailor a plan to you.
Does it hurt?
Most people find it very tolerable. The Trilogy Ice system cools the skin as it works, so the usual sensation is a warm tingle or light snap rather than pain.
Does it work on all skin tones?
Yes — the three-wavelength system is designed to treat all skin types and tones safely, which older single-wavelength lasers couldn't always do. A patch test confirms the right settings for you.
How should I prepare?
Shave the area the day before (don't wax or pluck), and avoid sun exposure and fake tan. Come with clean skin, free of make-up, deodorant or lotions on the area.
Is it permanent?
Laser gives a long-lasting, permanent reduction in hair. Most people need only occasional top-up sessions once their course is complete.
